Updates & Enhancements
Accounting Updates
Improvements to the Merchant Reconciliation Process
When the merchant reconciliation process is run, the system search has been improved to search the last 24 hours and will filter out previously processed transactions. As a result, process results will be more accurate and reliable.
Chapters Updates
For clients using enhanced chapter functionality, Chapter Admins in the system can have certain enhanced permissions.
Additional Functions for Chapter Admins
The configuration setting Enable Additional Functions for Chapter Admin can now be enabled to permit the following:

Accessing Chapter Membership Details: Users who also have the Chapter Admin role can view and modify membership purchase details, including expiration dates and termination dates / reasons, for their chapter's memberships. Chapter admins can also view the Chapter Record > History tab to review edits made to the Chapter Record.

Note Management - Individuals: For individuals related to their chapter, Chapter Admins can add and edit notes in the Individual Record > Overview tab > Notes.

Customer Change Logs: Chapter Admins will be able to view Change Log Reports under the Customers App.
Query Filter Configuration
When building or editing queries, Staff users can now access the Filter by Current Users Chapter check box. When enabled, if a user with a chapter role runs the query, results will be filtered based on their chapter(s).
Resolved Issues
CRM
Change Log Report Issue

Issue Resolved: When running the Change Log Report, results were not returned when data was entered in the "Field Name Contains" field.

Fix Implemented: Report results no longer hang in the "partially completed" status and report results will be emailed as normal.
External User Creation Email Issue

Issue Resolved: The user creation email was being sent only when a user was created by staff, but not when created via the sign-up process.

Fix Implemented: Two new Email Settings were created to improve the management of the Staff notification as part of the sign-up process. Users can now choose to have the Staff notification sent after the first step in the sign-up process by entering an email address in the “User Creation Staff Notification Emails At First Step” email setting or have the Staff notification sent at the final step in the sign-up process by entering an email address in the “User Creation Staff Notification Emails At End Step” email setting.
Issue Saving Role to User Record

Issue Resolved: When adding assigning a role to a user, the profile would show the added role(s), but permissions would not go into effect.

Fix Implemented: Decommissioned the “IsInternal” flag in user security to prevent interference with privileges applied to the Staff and Admin roles.
User Unable to Download Query Results

Issue Resolved: Chapter Admin users could not access the option to download query results.

Fix Implemented: Users with the Chapter Admin role assigned can now download query results. The decommissioned “IsInternal” flag was also interfering with this privilege.
Committees
Committee Searches Showing Incorrect Results

Issue Resolved: The committee roster and reports were showing non-committee members as members.

Fix Implemented: The roster and reports will only show members and nominees listed in the Active Members and Active Nominations tables of the Committee Record. Members and nominees in the Inactive Members and Inactive Nominations tabs will not be included in the Committee Roster.
Certifications
Unable to Hide Legal Education Credits "Documents" for Individuals

Issue Resolved: For individuals with legal education credits, the Documents column could not be hidden on the Individual Record > Education > Legal Education Credits.

Fix Implemented: The column can now be hidden.
Memberships
500 Error Transferring Memberships

Issue Resolved: A 500 error was appearing during the transfer membership process.

Fix Implemented: The Transfer Membership process has been refined so it no longer generates a “500 error” during the process.
Membership Term Over-Writing Existing Term

Issue Resolved: System permitted purchase of terms which could over-write one another.

Fix Implemented: To avoid issues with existing terms getting overwritten, an error message will appear if attempting to relate a product to itself on the Add Related Product, Add Related Products By Category, or Add Related Products By Type forms.
Inactive Custom Field Values Still Appearing

Issue Resolved: End-dated custom field values were still appearing as selectable in forms.

Fix Implemented: For member and non-member organization records, custom fields with values that have an end date in the past will not show as an option for that field. The custom field will still be shown on the form unless the field is deleted. Any field values with no End Date or an End Date in the future will continue to display.
Queries
Scheduled Query not Emailing Query Results

Issue Resolved: User-entered query data which includes invalid character would cause query results not to be emailed.

Fix Implemented: To ensure successful processing, user-entered input will be passed through a filter which would replace any invalid characters, such as [ \ / : ^ ? ” < > | ].
Security Settings
500 Error Enabling Two Factor Authentication

Issue Resolved: A 500 error was appearing when attempting to enable two-factor authentication.

Fix Implemented: Implemented a new QR code generator to avoid the 500 Error when setting up Google Authenticator.
Subscriptions
Renewing Subscription Redirects Staff to Non-Staff Side

Issue Resolved: When a staff user was renewing or rejoining a subscription via an administrator page, they were improperly redirected to a non-staff page.

Fix Implemented: When an Admin/Staff user is renewing or rejoining a subscription from an admin page, they will be redirected to the admin transfer portal instead of being directed to the non-Admin/non-Staff renewal portal so the process can be completed correctly.
Websites
Preview Draft / View Live Page 404 Error

Issue Resolved: The option to "View Live Page" was visible, even for unpublished pages, causing a 404 error to occur.

Fix Implemented: The “View Live Page” button only appears for published pages to avoid a “404 Error” from happening on pages that have not been published.
